I loved this as a young kid & love it just as much now. I've listened to many story telling works but, War of The Worlds is the only one that ever gripped me & made me feel like I was there in my imagination. I use to always play it when I got back from school in the 80's. This along with watching Starfleet Dai X, Terra Hawks, Monkey, Water Margin, Jamie & The Magic Torch, Thunder Cats & many more. What a brilliant era we had back then, take me back. Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of The Worlds. Featuring the artwork of one Mike Trim. Look him up...

My 4th grade teacher would play this in the classroom when we were working, ah the good ol' times. This is a masterpiece of story telling and music artistry. Haven't heard this in years! freakin love it.
